Designed for beginner riders, this camp is an excellent opportunity to introduce a child to horseback riding, or build upon existing skills.  Kids will learn about horses from head to tail including: Haltering a horse, safely leading a horse, grooming, bathing, and picking out their feet, cleaning stalls, feeding, and of course, riding!

All campers will ride daily, have a horse care activity, and do a craft.   Students will need a sack lunch, water bottle, and sunscreen. All participants should wear boots, jeans, or other riding apparel and riding helmet (one may be provided). A riding demonstration will be performed on the last day of camp for friends and family.
